Meet The Staff

General Manager

Michael has over 20 years of experience in real estate investments, property management, acquisitions, finance and rehabilitation. He holds an MBA and BS in Business Management and Finance and is currently a CPM candidate. He has a strong background in customer service and uses his communication skills to increase efficiency of the leasing team and the maintenance support. He has a busy schedule outside of the office when he volunteers as a board member of a non-profit organization. He also enjoys chasing his daughters at their sports practices and games.

Maintenance Manager

John holds a degree in mechanics. He has over 30 years experience as a contractor and home improvement specialist. He oversees and schedules the maintenance activities for our apartments. When he’s not spoiling his children and grandchildren, he enjoys helping relatives with home repairs, watching home improvement shows and watching sports.

Office Assistant

Gabby is responsible for answering calls, screening potential residents, scheduling showings and lease signing appointments, and assisting with the maintenance requests. Gab is tri-lingual, with proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. She enjoys spending her free time with her family, cooking, and constantly learning.

Maintenance Technician

David started as a part-time tech and was later promoted to a full-time maintenance technician. He continues to bring value to the team while working with the senior technicians and contractors, helping with painting, cleaning and doing small repairs, optimizing apartment preparation for move in and maintenance requests. When not at work, he can be found at the gym, building and repairing computers, or cheering for the Boston sports teams. 

Systems Manager

Rhaira has been with Touchstone for the past 4 years. She started as an Office Assistant, was promoted to Office Manager, and took "leave" for Army reserve military training. Upon her return, Rhaira works part time, assisting the owner with accounting functions; including financial reviews, bank reconciliations, and computer software updates. She serves on the Massachusetts Army National Guard and is working on her Accounting Certificate. She enjoys spending her free time with her family, cooking, eating Brazilian food, and working out at the local gym.

Maintenance Technician

Dan has operated his own contracting business in the past and has full knowledge of construction business. He can do it all: helping with painting, cleaning, repairs, optimizing apartment preparation for move in, and maintenance requests. He enjoys spending his time with family, exercising, and constantly learning.
